The International Cycling Film Festival is very pleased with an excellent second place of the German Bicycle Award – Deutscher Fahrradpreis 2016! The certificate was presented yesterday evening by Michael Groschek, Minister for Building, Housing and Transport of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia to the Polish-German delegation of the ICFF.
